WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • LEARNING, we want this to be an experience in which your children can learn to move their bodies properly through space and give them proper movement mechanics that will carry them into their movements as they grow older.
  • OPPORTUNITY, we want to give your children the opportunity to develop good movement behavior!
  • FUN, we want this to be an exciting experience for your children! Although there will be education involved, we believe that a positive and fun experience makes a lasting impression.
  • GROWTH, we want your children to experience as much growth as possible this Summer. We want to instill them with confidence in their movement and themselves!

When & Where:

  • We are happy to announce that we will be launching our CFX Kids Camp on Tuesday, July 26th!!! The camp will run for 3 weeks ending Thursday, August 11th. Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:10-11:00a.
  • Camp will be held at CrossFit X located at 2031 Grant St. Bellingham, WA 98225
  • Cost of camp is just $150/student
