What will you find with BodyFIT? A warm, supportive, engaging community who likes to have fun while working out! You’ll use a variety of equipment including your awesome self, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more (but no barbell!).
BodyFit combines HIIT, functional movement and strength in our 60-minute class. We like to enjoy our time together and you’ll always hear laughter as we appreciate sweat, successes, and smiles all around.
We start off our classes with a group warm up and demonstration of each exercise before the 3-2-1 GO! A seasoned Coach helps you with any movement variations you need and is always close to help you to get the most out of your workout. All classes are customized to fit your fitness level and any physical restrictions you may have.

X-Camp is the best way to experience and learn the fundamental movements and lifts utilized in CrossFit. We will walk through it with you on your health, wellness, fitness and strength journey (regardless of where you are currently) to help you lay the foundations necessary for you to meet, and go beyond, your personal goals. We will spend 6 weeks training with you and other athletes new to CrossFit in a small class setting, under the watchful eye of our top tier trainers.

CFx ladies' night and cfx men's night!
Each month the Women and Men of CFX gather with their respective groups and enjoy an evening together. Everyone brings a Paleo friendly dish and/or treat to share, and refreshments of their choosing. After the warm up and a fun partner or team style workout, the real fun begins. Quality time with fantastic people sharing food, drink, conversation, plenty of stories, and certainly laughter round out an awesome evening.
All are welcome. In fact, it is a great way to introduce your friends and yourself to the community, and get a greater sense for what CrossFit X is all about. If you are new to us and have never been to a class, please let us know you are coming via email. We look forward to seeing you there!
