Getting Started
Call and register to join one of our X-Camp beginner classes, or if you prefer to jump right in to one of our regular classes, call or email to set up your first training. At X-Camp, you will learn and experience CrossFit's fundamental movements and lifts in a supportive and highly instructive environment.
Our next six week X-Camp session begins Monday February 20th at 6:30pm and also at 9am! Each session runs MWTh, cost is $199!
From there we will evaluate whether you will continue with Level 1 training or be able to join one of our more advanced classes. If you are already an experienced CrossFitter, call or stop by any class and join us for a WOD. Your first class is always gratis.
Feel free to come by our facility and observe any of our classes. It can be a great way to get more familiar with what it is we do. Please be considerate of classes in progress.
